Accommodations.  Arrangements have been made with the Drury Plaza Hotel Riverwalk to serve as the host hotel.  However, as of early August, our group allotment of rooms with two queen beds at the the Drury Plaza was full, but there  were still some king bedded rooms available at a slightly higher rate. You may want to consider one of the alternates, either the La Quinta Inn & Suites San Antonio Convention Center or the Drury Inn & Suites Riverwalk Remember that at all three hotels you can cancel your booking very close to arrival with no penalty or fee.  San Antonio is a convention/tourist city and the Downtown Hotels book up quickly and our group allotments expire September 15... make your hotel reservations now!

For food, try our restaurant guide, and if you have time for exploring, check the San Antonio Trolley system.
