Farmers Branch 2008 Workshop.
Woooo Hoooo! The 2008 Workshop, the best l'il workshop in Texas, will be April
18-19 (Fri and Sat). Once again, on Thursday evening,
April 17, we've reserved the dance hall in ole hist-o-ric downtown
Carrollton, only this time we have it fer four hours... plenty o’ time
to git in all our fav’rite dances!
The Workshop will be hosted by
Nikki Simpson (rockinredrodeo@tx.rr.com).

Instructors.You are familiar with the Workshop
instructors... Michael Barr and
Michele Burton. Along with many other great dances, Michael
and Michele, separately and together, have provided the Jamboree with
dances such as Last Days of Disco,
Second Chance Waltz, If the Shoe Fits, Mud on the Tires, Midnight Rendezvous,
and That Cat Is High.
They will lead you through the new and exciting dance selections, including
some of their
latest.
And assisting Michael and Michele, and a choreographer in her own right,
will be our own Texas teacher,
Mona Puente. Mona is Director of the Texas
BootScooters, the ever popular country western line dance team. She is
also the Texas State Director of the National Teachers’ Association of
Country Western Dance and is a popular teacher of line dance and
couples’ dance in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
