For the history buffs... dances from past Jamborees.

Jamboree History.  The Texas Line Dance Jamboree dates from 1996.  The Jamboree is an annual event and is held in a different city each year.  With the exception of the first two years, typically, 8 to 10 new dances are selected each year.  This table lists the new dances that were introduced at each Jamboree.  The new dances along with about 30 old favorites constitute the slate of dances for each Jamboree.  Dances are listed only in the year they were first used.
